On November 6, please, VOTE Democratic . We are in exile in our own country, one where Trump and the Republican Party employ hatred of the most vile sort to acquire and hold onto power. VOTE. In Texas they moved children by night, in secret, to tent cities where they will reside under who knows what kinds of conditions. Look at the internment of babies in American Gulags and tell me that you do not smell the stench of real evil rising up from these people. Believe nothing of what they say. Look at what they do to children. VOTE. Stand against the ONE Party State of Republican politicians and oligarchs. Stand with justice and the rule of law. VOTE. Give your voice over to your ballot and say NO to the suppression of voting rights of brown, red and black men and women. Say yes to the right to vote. Let your voice rise up in support of wild lands and animals and for clean air and water. Affirm your belief in the factual reality of climate change and our responsibility to act to combat it. VOTE as if lives other than your own depended upon your action at the ballot box. They do. VOTE to create a barrier to Trumpian hatred, stupidity and malice. VOTE to hold him accountable for his actions. VOTE against the barbarians in suits, their masks long removed for any who care to see their true natures. VOTE to once again give breath to “the better angels of our nature” and so please, sweet Jesus, in 6 days VOTE against nihilism, VOTE for human dignity and justice, VOTE for democracy.
